Spring bank Plc has been honored for its outstanding contribution to educational development in Lagos State. A statement released by the bank said Springbank was distinguished as a worthy supporter of the state’s education sector in the “Lagos State Educational Award 2008”

 

A General Manager of the Bank, Dr. Tunji Sobodu who represented the MD/CEO of Springbank, Dr. Suleyman Ndanusa reiterated the importance of education to the future of the nation which called for concerted efforts to develop it. He said that the progress attained by any country was not predicated on mineral resources, but on the education sector. He added that for a country to move forward, education must be given utmost priority.
