In  order  to  add  value  to   customers and  reduce  their  cost of  doing  business spring  bank accepts  and  also  discounts  Negotiable  Duty Credit Certificate for  the  payment  of  duties. This  product (NDCC) enables  Customers  to  pay  their  import  duties  at  a  discount.
