Following the banking sector reforms embarked upon by the CBN and the emergence of Spring Bank Plc, the investment banking arms and subsidiaries of all the legacy institutions of the Bank were consolidated to form a formidable entity with clear focus on investment banking services.

Spring Capital is poised to function as an integrated and innovative Capital Market operator specializing in issuing house services, investment advisory, funds/portfolio managers, leasing and insurance brokerage. The Corporate Finance team comprises of tested and highly skilled professionals assembled from the legacy institutions with excellent track record in Financial Advisory and Stockbroking services to drive the Company.
